If your product fulfils the conditions for a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Create your return label below and attach this to your package (alternatively mobile return)
2. Send your safely packaged product(s) back to us
3. Here you can find the nearest carrier location: https://local.fedex.com/
4. We will verify and process your return (this can take up to 10 working days)
5. As soon as your return has been completely processed, we will reimburse you for the value of the good(s) returned, using the same payment method that you originally used to pay for your order.

IMPORTANT: no exchange possible

We do not offer direct exchanges for products, so if you would like to order a different model or different size, please place a new order in our online shop. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to receive your desired products. Please note that we cannot subsequently apply any multi-order discounts to your new order.

For us, T1TAN goalkeeper gloves are the best in the world. But if you don't like your T1TAN product or it doesn´t fit, you can easily send them back to us within two weeks by visiting our return portal

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Products that have already been used
2. Gloves whose protective film has been removed (exception: Gorilla and Astro Grip)
3. Printed or personalised products (exception: gloves with Exo Strap)
4. Customised products like MyGloves, MySMUs and MyShirts

Damaged products (complaints)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product becomes damaged after a short period of use, you can make a complaint.
In this case, please do not send the gloves back to us: instead, visit the website t1tan.com/complaint

Unfortunately, the return of personalized products is generally not possible. There is an exception for gloves with Exo Strap. You can return these gloves without the printed straps. The situation is different for self-configured products like our MyGloves and MyShirts. These are completely excluded from return shipping, as they were custom made especially for you.

If you are unsure about the right size, we always recommend to order the first pair of goalkeeper gloves or any other product from T1TAN without personalization and only select personalization when you order again (if you are sure about the size).
